It follows that water would be not only essential, but the best possibly choice of liquids to ingest. In fact, our bodies will sometimes simulate a hunger response, when in reality the body is craving hydration. When hungry, drink a glass or two of water to check if it suppresses your hunger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Chew Your Food. Chewing our food very slowly and deliberately has several benefits that are often overlooked. It gives us the ability to relax, and enjoy our meal. Slow chewing is the first, and highly important, step in a complex system of digestion. Besides, if we eat slowly, we might feel full before finishing the whole meal, and can leave the rest for the next meal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Exercise daily. How silly of me to include something as obvious as exercise. I did a 30 day trial with waking up, and walking for 30 minutes first thing in the morning. Do not over eat. Know your limit and stop eating when you are full. I have often been a victim of wanting to finish a meal so that it doesn't go to waste. This has left me with many a stomach ache. Next time, doggy bag it for later, and don’t hurt yourself!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Choose your snacks wisely. Put down the Lays® and cheese puffs. Pick up the apple and baby carrots. Make the right decision, I know you can do it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Lifestyle. Remember, it’s not about special diets, or special exercise programs. Cases of human-to-human spread have been documented.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What are the symptoms?&lt;br /&gt;The symptoms are similar to those of regular flu:&lt;br /&gt;- Fever&lt;br /&gt;- Lethargy&lt;br /&gt;- Runny nose&lt;br /&gt;- Cough&lt;br /&gt;- Sore throat&lt;br /&gt;- Lack of appetite&lt;br /&gt;- Vomiting and diarrhea in some cases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How common is swine flu infection in humans?&lt;br /&gt;In the past reports of about one human swine flu virus infection had been received every one to two years in the United States. From December 2005 till February 2009, 12 cases have been reported.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Has this strain of flu been seen before?&lt;br /&gt;No. Flu mutates constantly, so it is common for new strains to emerge. The olive tree was valued as a symbol of peace and happiness and is well-known as a blessed tree. While olives were used as food, olives leaves are widely used for medicinal values and, olive oil are treated as perfect oil for cooking purposes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olives are concentrated in monounsaturated fats and a good source of vitamin E. Because monounsaturated fats are less easily damaged than polyunsaturated fats, it’s good to have some in our cells’ outer membranes and other cell structures that contain fats, such as the membranes that surround the cell’s DNA and each of its energy-producing mitochondria. All those vital enzymes that help us digest our food, all the B, C and E vitamins and most trace minerals are destroyed in the microwaving process. As opposed to traditional means of cooking which heat the food from the outside in, microwave ovens heat from the inside out by hurling out high-frequency alternating power fields which forces the molecules within the food to align themselves with the rapidly alternating electric field and sends the molecules flying back and forth at the dizzying pace of about 5 billion reversals per second. This causes a great deal of intermolecular friction which creates heat to heat the food, but it also destroys the cellular structure of the food, and it can change the chemical composition of the food into something that the body no longer recognizes. So, how does one live microwave free? The biggest thing is to get organized and get into the habit of taking out the frozen meat, poultry or fish in the morning, or to buy fresh on the way home. As for cooking, electric grill is a better option, as it cooks really fast because the grill folds like a waffle iron and grills both sides of the meat at once.&lt;br /&gt;It’s time to stop using microwave at workplace or at home.
